Who we are

Hello, I'm Niamh Dunlea and I run Jo Jingles in the Cork area.

After becoming a mum last year I was truly amazed at the effects music had on my daughter Erica from a very young age. My love for music and dancing and Erica’s ability to respond to music well before she could talk or walk led me to Jo Jingles.

Coming from a corporate training and management background I was looking for a change in career that could give me a more flexible work life balance and more time with my family and what better way to do that than to jingle my days away.

Jo Jingles really does provide something valuable and lasting for a child’s early development and it is so rewarding to be able to be a part of that every day.

And a “Hello” from Jo

Jo is the heart and soul of our classes. He is extremely friendly and actively participates in all of our classes. At the start of each session he welcomes all children with a smile, a wave and a cuddle. Then he might sing or dance or pretend to be a train driver, a monkey or even a teapot.

Sometimes he hides and we have to look for him. Sometimes he falls asleep and he needs some help to wake up. Sometimes he is shy and we have to encourage him to join in with the fun. But he always makes time for plenty of hugs and kisses when it’s time for the children to say goodbye.
